Diageo Raises Guinness Prices for Fourth Time in Two Years

Diageo has raised the price of Guinness and other draught beers by 6% in Ireland, effective from 3 February. The increase is expected to push the cost of a pint over €6 nationally, with Dublin prices surpassing €7. The Vintners’ Federation of Ireland warns that the hike could further strain struggling pubs.
