Refunds submitted 10 days before the event or tour date are not eligible for a refund. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to reschedule your booking. In such cases, we offer the option to change the date or time of your event or tour to another available date or time with the same value.
Any changes made by us, such as changing the location or start time, will allow ticket holders the option of a refund. We understand that these changes can be inconvenient, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution that fits your schedule.
As a small business, we would like to remind our ticket holders that ticket fees and transaction fees are still incurred and paid by us when a refund is issued. We strive to fill the space left by canceled bookings as quickly as possible, but it can be challenging to do so close to the event date. We appreciate your understanding and support in this matter.
